I began my full time inspection company over six years ago at the request of area realtors and home buyers who knew me as the "resident house expert." With over 30 years experience in all aspects of the construction trade I had frequent "house" questions from the friends, local realtors and remodelers. The more questions I answered - the more I found I loved being "The House Answer Man," and 7 Oaks Home Inspection was born.

I received professional training with American Home Inspectors Training and fulfilled all the requirements for the top two professional groups, ASHI and NACHI.

My fees are very reasonable. I've never had a complaint - and when people are price shopping they almost ALWAYS call back and book their inspection with me - telling me - no one in the St. Charles / Troy / St. Louis area beats my prices!

My home inspections take about two hours or more. I am thorough and allow plenty of time for all your questions.  I love what I do and I love to answer questions. If I don't know the answer I'll look it up.

I offer free phone consultation any evening for as long as you own that home for any questions or advice! My many repeat customers and referrals are testimony to the quality of my service.

Also, I include a lot of free extras like:

• Free mold analysis with moisture meter - (sampling is extra)
• Roof inspection includes "on the roof" inspection when possible - no extra charge
• Free Carbon Monoxide testing with inspection
• Free USDA report with inspection (if needed)
